This section provides a summary of new menu information for the yakitori restaurant (izakaya) chain Tori Aristocrat. Information on standard items available at any time during business hours, all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink Toriki Dinner, To go and to-go reservations, prices, etc. are also included.

All food and drink prices are 350 yen per item including tax

To go

To go requires a reservation by the day before. Reservations must be made at least one day in advance and items can be picked up within one hour of the opening time. The menu items available are as follows.

All-you-can-eat

and all-you-can-drink TOLIKI

DINNER "TOLIKI DINNER" is a 2-hour all-you-can-drink and all-you-can-eat plan that can be reserved by 4 or more adults (junior high school students or older). Reservations cannot be made for those under 20 years old.

Reservations must be made by calling each restaurant at least one day in advance. The starting dish will be selected from the popular menu, and after that, you are free to order additional dishes. Last orders are 20 minutes before for both food and drinks, and 60 minutes before for kamameshi. Additional orders will incur an additional charge if left uneaten.

Bringing your own food and drinks, shouting, or any other behavior that may disturb other customers is prohibited. Leftover food cannot be taken home. If you are 15 minutes late from the start time without notice, your reservation will be cancelled. Cancellations will be accepted up to the day before the event. If cancellations are made on the day of the event, half of the fee for the number of guests will be charged as a cancellation fee. Some stores have time slots that cannot be reserved. The price is 3,500 yen per person.


Chicken Shiso Harami with

Ume Pl

um Seed "Chicken Shiso Harami with Ume Plum Seed" is a rare part of "Chicken Harami" with fresh shiso leaves and a refreshing plum paste.

Chicken Harami is the diaphragm part of a chicken. Since it cannot be harvested by machine, it is hand-picked by artisans at the production center, and only a very small amount is harvested from each bird.

Although it had been a regular menu item since its launch in October 2020, it had been discontinued due to production difficulties. This time, it will be available in limited quantities because the ingredients were secured just in time for the year-end party season, when demand at izakaya (Japanese-style pubs) is rising. The release date is December 8.

"Chicken Shiso Harami Miso-yaki" has a nice firm texture and sweet and spicy miso flavor that goes well with both beer and rice.

It is also made from a rare part of the chicken and is available in limited quantities. It will go on sale on December 8.


Sasami Cheese Spring Roll with Teriyaki

"Sasami Cheese Spring Roll with Teriyaki Sauce" is a spring roll made in the restaurant. Sasami, cheese, shiso leaves, and mayonnaise are wrapped in a spring roll skin and fried until crispy. The flavor can be changed by dipping it in teriyaki sauce. The product will go on sale on December 8.

Nagoya Cochin

Kushiyaki

"Nagoya Cochin Kushiyaki" is a dish featuring grilled Nagoya Cochin thigh meat, which is called one of Japan's three great chickens and is raised slowly for about three times longer than other chickens for meat use.

According to Tori Aristocrat, the prolonged effects of the new coronavirus have had a major impact not only on restaurants but also on the primary industry, which supplies foodstuffs and other items, and the situation has not returned to previous levels. The dish was prepared to support the production area and boost the restaurant industry by increasing consumption of Nagoya Cochin, which has lost its destination due to the coronavirus. The limited number of orders is 400,000 nationwide, and will end as soon as they are sold out. The release date is September 8.
