Melo Melon & Calpis will be sold by Asahi Soft Drinks. The product will go on sale on June 20 in 430 ml PET bottles at a price of 173 yen (tax included).

MELOMELON &

CALPIS

"MELOMELON & CALPIS" is a lactic beverage inspired by the recent trend for sweets with a rich flavor. The rich melon flavor is enhanced by blending melon syrup, whose flavor is concentrated by boiling down melon juice, with ripe melon juice and adding a record amount of goodwill milk (for PET bottled products of the "Calpis" brand since 2004). It is perfect for relaxing occasions when you want to fill your heart with something sweet, and can be enjoyed like a dessert.

The package features an illustration of a glass filled with rennenmilk to show the rich flavor of the drink. The bottom of the package features an illustration of a melon and renmilk, along with an icon that reads "melon juice, melon syrup, and the largest-ever amount of renmilk" to emphasize the product's features.
