"Chapolitan" is a new menu in Nagasaki jointly developed by Nagasaki Prefecture Raw Noodle Cooperative, Nagasaki Kanboko Kingdom, and Kagome for regional revitalization. Champon noodles, kamaboko, chikuwa, onions, etc. are fried in ketchup.

The price is 398 yen. There are about 790 stores in Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Oita, and Yamaguchi prefectures.
