"Nagoya fried shrimp burger"

At each Mos Burger store (excluding some stores), new products "Nagoya Shrimp Fried Burger Lemon Tartar" and "Kitami Shoyu Sauce Tonkatsu Burger Using Hokkaido Pork" will be released on September 12th. Both are for a limited time until mid-October.

Nagoya Shrimp Fried Burger Lemon Tartar is Nagoya's famous fried shrimp hamburger. Lettuce, rich cutlet sauce and lemon tartar sauce are combined. Large and sweet Banamei shrimp is used for fried shrimp, and you can enjoy the original taste and texture of shrimp. The refreshing lemon tartar enhances the sweetness of the fried shrimp. The price is 450 yen (tax included).

Kitami Soy Sauce Tonkatsu Burger Hokkaido pork burger is a hamburger made with pork thigh tonkatsu, green leaf, tomato, and lettuce. The soy sauce sauce has a fruity and sweet taste with apple juice and concentrated orange juice added. Add chopped green onions and roasted sesame seeds as an accent. The price is 430 yen (tax included).

Each product was devised by the store staff in Hokkaido and Aichi, and will be the first of the "local creative burger decisive battle". The second is "Chichibu Waraj Katsu Burger Fukaya Negi Miso Sauce" and "Nagasaki Turkish Rice Style Burger" scheduled to appear on October 17th.
