You can make chilled Chinese noodles with cup noodles
The other day,
I told you about the fact that when you put the seasoning in your house into cup noodles, it becomes chilled Chinese noodles, but at the 100-yen shop Can Do, I found something called "chilled Chinese cup noodles".
There is. It is a product sold by Daikoku Foods, and there are two types, "soy sauce sauce" and "gomadare". I found a mess, so I bought it!
◆ The point is to cool with "water"
Hiyashi chuka of cup noodles made with "liquid sesame soup" that contains sesame oil and kneaded sesame. First, open the lid halfway, take out the soup and sprinkle inside, pour hot water and wait for 3 minutes. When the noodles come back, drain the water.
Take out the sprinkle and soup
After 3 minutes, from the hot water outlet
So far, it's the same as the usual cup yakisoba, but the point is from here. Now
put cold water in the container, let it blend in with the noodles, and drain the water. Repeat this 2-3 times to cool the noodles. It is recommended to add ice to cool it down.
Drain the water from the hot water outlet
After draining the water well, remove the lid, add the soup and sprinkle that you took out earlier, and mix well to complete!
If you mix the whole well
◆ I tried it
When I tried it, the ingredients were only glue and sesame, but it was
completely chilled Chinese . This soup is amazing.
When you chew the noodles, you can feel the fragrant sweetness (oil?) Peculiar to cup noodles, but the refreshing mouthfeel and sesame scent are just like chilled Chinese noodles. Mysteriously addictive and I can't stop eating! Isn't this a genius who thought about it ...?
I laughed a little because it was too chilled Chinese
I don't have any ingredients (almost), but I thought it would be okay to eat it again for 108 yen. You can also top the ham, eggs, and vegetables in the fridge yourself!
It seems that Daikoku Foods also sells "Cold Tanuki Udon" and "Cold Tanuki Soba" as the same "Chilled" series. You can expect these too, so if you find one, I'll try it!
