Two types of rice jiuqu are blended, and while it has a mellow sweetness, it has a slightly sour taste. No chemical seasonings, preservatives, colorings, sugar or alcohol. You can enjoy it even if you divide it with carbonic acid, black tea, soy milk, etc.
