The mochi-mochi bread that you eat "raw" is super delicious! At the bakery "Boul Anju" opened in Shibuya

Bread lovers must eat

The first original boulangerie brand was born from "Bay Cruise", which develops apparel brands and restaurants. The first "BOUL'ANGE" store opened in Shibuya, Tokyo on June 1st.

The bread at the store is based on the French recipe. Bread that uses seasonal ingredients carefully selected from home and abroad is provided.

Two types of completely original bread are the products of interest. One was developed exclusively for toast and the other was developed exclusively for raw food, both of which are impressively delicious ...!

◆ Two "breads" with different tastes

The bread for toast is "Pain de mie" Boule "", and the bread for raw food is "Pain de mie" Ange "". The difference between the two lies in the ingredients and how they are baked.

The right is for toast and the left is for raw food. The shape and color are also different

Pandomi Boule for toast is a mountain-shaped bread that is a blend of Hokkaido wheat "Yumechikara" and whole grain "Kitanokaori". Since it is baked by gently embracing the air, there are holes in the dough. It is moist and fluffy so that it sticks to you when you touch it!

Pain de mie for toast

When toasted, the sweetness is enhanced and the aroma of wheat is further enhanced. Crispy and crisp, the inside is fluffy! It was delicious to eat without baking, but I felt it had a slightly light and simple taste. After all it is recommended to bake.

Born to be burned

When baked, the surface is crispy and the inside is fluffy.

On the other hand, Pandomianju, which is exclusively for raw food, is a square loaf bread that has been aged for a long time from Hokkaido Yumechi to enhance its sweetness and flavor. It is made by adding fresh cream. The dough that has been boiled and baked in a mold is delicate and has a tightly packed, chewy texture.

Pandomianju for raw food only

You can see the chewy texture by breaking the dough. It grows and grows! It feels completely different from Pandomi Boule!

Moist and chewy and grows well!

It has a chewy texture that is sticky when eaten, and has sweetness and richness. It's delicious with mochi mochi to your ears! Of course it's okay to toast, but maybe because the texture is a little heavy.

For raw food, please enjoy it "raw" without adding anything. For toast, it is recommended to add butter or cheese if you like.

Just add butter and you'll feel rich at once

The price is 450 yen per loaf (tax included, same below) for Pandomi Boule, 900 yen per loaf. Pandomianju is 600 yen per loaf and 1,200 yen per loaf. Both are limited in quantity.

◆ Other products

In addition to the signature bread, we have a wide lineup of bread and baked goods from side dishes to sweets such as tartine (250 yen and up) using colorful ingredients, croissants (180 yen), and Mont Blanc (350 yen).

Tartine with plenty of vegetables

Tartine, which looks colorful, will be appreciated even if it is a small souvenir. Of course, the taste is excellent! By all means for a home party.

The store is located on the 1st floor, 1-14-11 Shibuya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are from 7:00 to 21:00.
