Too beautiful jelly that trapped spring, appeared again this year
From Akita's long-established confectionery store "Confectionery Eitaro", the spring-only jelly "Sakura Bloom Sakura Jelly", which sold 250,000 pieces last year (2016), is on sale this year as well. The price is 250 yen (tax included) per piece.
This product, which has been on sale for the 13th year this year, is made by confining salted domestic cherry blossoms, which are selected only from those in bloom, in a jelly. Add cherry liqueur to the jelly to make it slightly pink. All made by hand.
