This year's lineup includes "Summer Palais Chocolat," "Chocolat Suiyokan," "Fruit Jelly," "Chocolat Suiyokan & Fruit Jelly," "Gateau Millefeuille," "Bonbon Chocolat," "Palais Chocolat," and more.

Summer Palais Chocolat

Summer Palet Chocolat" is a chilled treat available only in spring and summer. It is characterized by a variety of textures and flavors, including melt-in-your-mouth, refreshing chocolate topped with crackling candies, smooth jelly, and crunchy granola.

For 2022, three new flavors will be available: mixed fruit, green tea jelly, and coffee jelly. The cool and refreshing design and flavors are suitable for spring and summer gift-giving, according to the company. Each is priced at 292 yen (tax included, same as below).

Chocolat mizu-yokan

Chocolat Mizu Youkan" is a summer staple of Bel-Amer. It is softly flavored with the aroma of chocolate and red bean paste, and comes in three types: "An Bitter" for a strong chocolate flavor, "Milk Chocolate Japanese Chestnut" for a Japanese chestnut flavor, and "Green Tea Azuki Milk" with the aroma of green tea and sweetness of azuki beans. The price is 756 yen for three pieces.

Fruit Jelly

Fruits Jelly" is a new line of three types of refreshing, summery and transparent jellies. Peach" and "Grapes" are filled with fruit pulp, and "Orange & Chocolat Mousse" has a deep flavor with two layers of jelly and mousse. The price is 702 yen for a set of three.

Chocolat Mizuyokan & Fruit Jelly

Chocolat Mizu Youkan & Fruits Jelly" contains chocolat mizu yokan and fruits jelly in a refreshing blue limited edition package. This product is suitable for summer gifts such as mid-summer gifts and hot-summer visits. The price is 2,268 yen for a set of 9 pieces and 3,780 yen for a set of 15 pieces.

Gateau Mille-feuille

Gateau Millefeuille" has been renewed with a more fruity flavor. It is a cake-like baked pastry consisting of two types of biscuit dough baked to a moist consistency and layered with ganache and fruit jam. By adding more layers of jam, the flavors of ingredients such as Amaou strawberries, summer oranges, and lemons are maximized. The flavor of the jam is accentuated by the melt-in-your-mouth dough and ganache. Priced at 281 yen each, the set of five is priced at 1,620 yen.

Bonbon chocolates / Palais chocolates

Bonbon Chocolat and Palet Chocolat will also be available.

The new spring bonbon chocolates include seasonal fruits such as strawberry milk, white peach, lychee mango, and banane, refreshing green tea, and cool craft lemon cola. A total of 20 different flavors are available at some stores to create your favorite assortment. Each piece is priced at 270 yen.

Palais chocolates are round chocolate bars, 6 cm in diameter and 6 mm thick, characterized by their ingredients, thickness, and crunchiness. 30+ flavors are handcrafted with nut and fruit toppings, caramel, and jellies. Priced at 292 yen each.
