Soke Minamikitchoan's "Nature" series of confections containing whole seasonal fruits, "Hananautou" and "Biwa no Dew" jellies, which are available only for a limited time, have been announced on the official website.

Hanazakuromo

Soke Minamikitchoan "Hanazakuromo" "Biwa no Dew

Hana-sakura-omo" is made from whole cherries and available until early May. The price is 260 yen per piece (tax included).

The jelly looks like a polished jewel and is smooth to the touch, and is said to be filled with sweet, honey-sweet Yamagata cherries.

Soke Genkitchoan "Hanazakuromo" "Biwa no Dew

Biwa-no-Dew" is a confection made from two whole loquats grown in Ehime Prefecture and available until late April. The price is 1,404 yen per piece.

It is said that the texture of the jelly was carefully selected to match the fruit. The loquat jelly that surrounds the loquat fruit also contains pureed loquat pulp.
