This is a spring-only product in which the Western-style castella with butter, "Scorched Castella," has become a cherry blossom specification. The top of the fluffy, moist baked Sakura dough is caramelized and studded with pink grain and gold leaf. It's a dish that you can feel the spring, with the elegant sweetness of Sakura and the aroma of grain.
