It looks like "baked potato"! "Yakiimo Daifuku", which is made by wrapping potato paste in soft rice cake, at Kakiyasu Kuchifukudo and Kakijiro

Does it look and taste just like "baked potatoes"?

At the Japanese sweets stores "Kakiyasu Kuchifukudo" and "Kakijiro", Daifuku "Yakiimo Daifuku", which looks like "Yakiimo", was released on December 1st. The price is 151 yen (tax included).

Yakiimo Daifuku is a unique Daifuku developed with the concept of "Yakiimo", which is a typical winter snack. The potato bean paste, which was devised by a craftsman, is wrapped in mochi with a fine and fluffy texture. The surface is finished by applying cocoa like "roasted eyes".

Imoan is said to be able to enjoy the sweet potato flavor, gentle sweetness, and moist and smooth texture. The mochi reproduces the aroma of freshly baked potatoes.
