Matcha soft serve ice cream as a "tree"
At Giontsujiri's Tokyo Skytree Solamachi store, a Christmas-only To go menu "Christmas Soft" was released on November 16th. The price is 780 yen (tax included).
This is a cup of vanilla bavarois and strawberry mousse squeezed with "Matcha soft serve" that looks like a Christmas tree. It is finished with a fluffy roasted green tea chiffon cake made from rice flour and decorated with gold reindeer.
The sale period is until December 25th.
