Gion Tsujiri has released a set of two types of sweets, "Terrine Premium Matcha / Hojicha". It was released on October 8th only at the official online shop. One each of "Hojicha Terrine Premium" and "Matcha Terrine Premium" is included, and the selling price is 5,940 yen (tax included and frozen shipping included).

Hojicha Terrine Premium

"Hojicha Terrine Premium" is said to have a mellow taste and aroma of Hojicha combined with the gentle and elegant sweetness of Couverture. The simple scent of black soybean flour from Tamba was sprinkled with Wasanbon, and the caramelize gave it a deep and charred flavor.

Matcha Terrine Premium

"Matcha Terrine Premium" is a sweet that appeared in 2020 and gained popularity. It is said to be a dish where you can enjoy Uji matcha from Gion Tsujiri. The raw material, matcha, is limited to the most picked tea and is finished with a stone mill that can grind only about 40 g per hour. You can enjoy the rich matcha flavor, the smooth melting in the mouth, and the bittersweetness of the charred Wasanbon.

The outer box size is 43 x 72 x 207 mm. The thawing time is about 1 to 5 hours in the refrigerator. The expiration date is about 30 days frozen. Within 4 days after thawing, including the thawing date.
