Five new cheese-themed sweets will be released on November 1st at the fresh cake dealers in the Ginza Cozy Corner (excluding some stores).
"Japanese taste cheese tart" is a Japanese-style cheese tart made by combining cheese mousse with mashed bean paste, kinako, and fertilizer. You can enjoy a surprising combination of Western and Japanese. The price is 486 yen (tax included, same below). Sale until December 4th.
"Apple cheese pie" is an old type apple cheese pie with apple compote scented with cinnamon on top of refreshing sour cheese cream. It is finished with a crumble with a crunchy texture. The price is 453 yen. Sale until December 4th.
"Cheese Cream with Raspberry" is a sweet made by layering soft and light cheese cream on a rich cheese mousse made from Danish cream cheese. The acidity of the raspberry sauce goes well with the cheese. The price is 378 yen. Sale until December 4th.
"Rich baked Camembert" is a sweet with a rich taste using Camembert from Tokachi, Hokkaido. The richness of cheese and the mellowness of fresh cream blend perfectly. The price is 486 yen. Sale until December 16th.
"W Shoe (Cheese & Lemon Custard)" is a refreshingly sour cheese and lemon custard trapped in a crisply baked choux pastry. The price is 194 yen. Sale until December 21st.
