TOKYO Tulip Rose Spring New Cake Collection

TOKYO Tulip Rose will release a limited set of "Tulip Rose's Small Room" in limited quantities on March 1 to celebrate the third anniversary of the opening of the Seibu Ikebukuro store. The new spring cake collection will also be available on the same day.

To express our gratitude for successfully celebrating our third anniversary, a special commemorative set will be available in limited quantities. The set includes four types of two-piece cakes, including the seasonal "Tulip Rose Cheese," in a box designed exclusively for the Seibu Ikebukuro store. The cute design peeking out from the frame of a painting will make you feel like you are in a museum.

Chef Rihito Kanai's masterpiece, "Tulip Rose," is a delicate Langdosha cookie-crafted tulip with a rose of melted whipped chocolate. The combination of sweet and sour berries, deep caramel nuts, refreshing passion mango, and savory cheese. The price is 1,684 yen (tax included, same below).

New Spring Cake Collection

The first store, Seibu Ikebukuro, celebrated its third anniversary. To commemorate this occasion, the store has released a long-awaited new cake collection. In addition to the standard "Shortcake" and the popular "Mont Blanc", a new lineup of cakes will be introduced. The price is 810 yen each.

Cheese Rose with Fig Confit

The French way of enjoying cheese is to add fruit jam to it. Figs, which were Chef Kanai's top choice, are made into red wine confit and wrapped in a refreshing rare cheese mousse. It is a rare cheese with a mature taste that attracts the eye with its gorgeous rose appearance.

Chocolat Papillon

The rich aroma of cocoa lured Papillon. It is a chocolatey bud that hides an apricot confit that melts with honey. The rich, rich chocolatey mousse made with charcoal chocolates is accented with the sweet and sour taste of apricot confit.

A classic item that has been available since the first TOKYO Tulip Rose store was opened. Fresh cream made as soft as possible. Melted strawberry sauce. This is a "melt-in-your-mouth shortcake" that can only be tasted with a spoon. Fresh strawberries harvested at this time of the year are arranged in a tulip rose style.

Baraboukuri Mont Blanc - Japanese Chestnut & Marron

This is the chef's original "Rose Mont Blanc" with densely layered petals like a pine cone. The "Japanese chestnut Mont-Blanc cream" is packed with the natural taste of chestnuts. The "Standard Mont-Blanc Cream" is based on the European marron that the chef was familiar with in Paris. The five rich layers are filled with whole, fragrant, astringent marrons. This is a Mont-Blanc where you can taste chestnuts from all over the world.
