Locally limited "local menu" "Cartilage Soki Champon" is on sale from July 5th at all 5 Ringer Hut stores in Okinawa Prefecture. The price is 853 yen (tax included).

This is an Okinawa-only local champon that uses the traditional Okinawan dish "soki" (pork ribs). The light soy sauce-based soup is combined with the chewy "cartilage soki".
