Ringer Hut "Chilled Bean-curd and Eggplant Champon

Ringer Hut will start selling the limited-time menu "Chilled Bean Sprouts and Eggplant Champon" on April 18 (except at some stores in Chiba Prefecture).

Chilled Bean Sprouts and Eggplant Champon

Chilled Bean & Eggplant Champon" is the second product on Ringer Hat's summer menu, "Chilled Bean & Eggplant Champon," which will be available in 2021. It is a new type of chilled chanpon with cold tonkotsu (pork bone) broth topped with hot and spicy mapo eggplant. This year, the amount of eggplant has been increased by 25% from last year.

Seven kinds of Japanese vegetables, including seasonal eggplant, are used. The hot eggplant is carefully cut and baked in the restaurant, then tossed in a homemade hot eggplant sauce with miso sauce for depth, and served cold.

Numbing hot huajiao oil is served separately. You can change the flavor to a more authentic spiciness to your liking.

The noodles are homemade chanpon noodles with a sticky texture that goes well with the cold soup. The noodles are cold-soaked to preserve their texture even when taken out. This year, it will be offered again in a satisfying 300g (10.58oz) portion.

The price is 890 yen for regular size (300g (10.58oz) noodles) and 690 yen for small size (100g (3.53oz) noodles) (tax included, same below). +More noodles (100g (3.53oz)) are available for an additional 100 yen.

To go (mobile ordering) is also available. A separate charge of 30 yen for the container is required for To go. Prices for delivery service differ.
