This product is a financier dough mixed with "freshly shaved" Parmesan cheese, filled with "Anno sweet potato" bean paste, and baked. The cheese and sweetness of the Anno sweet potato go well together and can be enjoyed with wine or other alcoholic beverages.
Not only for tea time, but also as a snack with wine.
The dome-shaped form is said to resemble the puffy skirt of a dancing woman.
