Pumpkin Kintsuba

High quality pumpkin paste is wrapped with moist red beans, covered with a thin batter and baked. 200 yen.

The name of the store, "Itoko," also comes from "Itoko-ni," a dish made with pumpkin and azuki beans. If you are not sure which one to choose, try this one.

White bean paste kneaded with green tea and colored with white "tebomame" (hand-molded beans). 200 yen.
