Financier
THE Financier is a new type of financier created by paying careful attention to everything from the selection of ingredients to the manufacturing process. The almond pudding, which is the key to the flavor, is made from Spanish Marcona almonds, known as the "Queen of Almonds. They are baked with attention to taste, texture and flavor.



Two flavors are available: plain and chocolatey. A 10-piece box of 5 plain and 5 chocolatey is priced at 2,160 yen, and a 15-piece box of 10 plain and 5 chocolatey is priced at 3,240 yen (both tax included).

THE Financier" plain has a rich, milky flavor of butter and the savory aroma of almonds. It also uses honey, which has a gentle taste, to create a moist texture.

Due to the use of honey, do not feed to infants under one year old.

THE Financier" Chocolat has a well-balanced taste for adults, with a gorgeous almond flavor, richness of chocolate, and a hint of rum.
