"48-layer donut" is a commercialized chilled dessert of cronuts, which is a hot topic as a "hybrid sweet" born in New York. By slowly fermenting the croissant dough folded into 48 layers and then frying it, you can enjoy a "crispy" texture and a donut-like "moist" texture at the same time.
There are two flavors, "Tsubuan" topped with white crunch and "Custard & whipped cream" topped with chocolate crunch.
