The "Special Sato Nishiki Tart" made with plenty of cherries is now on sale at all KIRFEVON stores nationwide. Priced at 1,680 yen per piece and 12,810 yen for a whole (21 cm), it will be available until early July.
The product is a luxurious dish consisting of a custard cream mousse with fromage blanc and a tart topped with an abundance of "Sato Nishiki," the king of cherries with a sweet, sour, and refreshing flavor. The seeds of each cherry are removed one by one.
Sato Nishiki cherries originated in Yamagata Prefecture. It is said to have a beautiful red, shiny appearance, thick skin, and a high level of sweetness.
