It is topped with two pieces of Sato Nishiki. The sweet and sour cherries, cream, and sponge create a trinity of deliciousness that fills the mouth. The price is 561 yen (tax included). On sale from June 2 to June 29.

Sato Nishiki

is a variety of cherry born in Yamagata Prefecture during the Taisho era (1912-1926). It is a crossbreed between "Napoleon," which has slightly firm flesh and acidity, and "Yellow Ball," which has yellow flesh and high sugar content. Known as the "king of cherries," it is characterized by its deep, beautiful ruby skin, thick flesh with plenty of juice, and elegant sweetness with just the right amount of acidity.

There are no stores selling fresh cakes in Hokkaido, Kyushu, Fukui, Kyoto, Shiga, Tottori, Shimane, Yamaguchi, Ehime, and Kochi prefectures.
