Among new convenience store products, we introduce a delicious bento that is available for less than one coin (500 yen including tax) and has a large portion. We will introduce the ones we actually tried and thought, "I can highly recommend this! I hope you will find it useful as a reference!

This time we will introduce a new product released on June 14 at 7-ELEVEN: "1/2 a day's worth of vegetables in a savory vegetable stir-fry bento" (432 yen including tax). The lunch box contains "1/2 a day's worth of vegetables," but it is made with "back fat, garlic, and soy sauce," which I don't know if it is healthy or immoral. But you know what, it was so good that I was sure to repeat it...!

With 531 calories and 82.4 grams of carbohydrate per serving, this stir-fried vegetable dish contains bean sprouts, cabbage, onions, carrots, komatsuna, and pork. Seasonings include garlic, grated ginger, lard, and miso.



The moment you put this vegetable stir-fry in your mouth, you can feel the aroma! It has a browned aroma as if it were grilled over a charcoal fire. It is delicious and has a street-food feel to it!

The garlic and ginger that thickens and spreads in your mouth. The bean sprouts, cabbage, and komatsuna are crispy, and the onions and carrots are crunchy. The seasoning is rich and punchy, but the crunchy texture makes you feel as if you are eating vegetables.

The pork is moderately fatty, and the more you chew it, the more it soaks up the aroma and flavor.


The amount of vegetables and meat is about 7:3, with more vegetables, but the rich flavor is so well seasoned that I didn't feel like I was eating too much. In fact, it was very filling! I see that this is the effect of the back fat.

Needless to say, the stir-fried vegetables and rice are a perfect match! Please put a generous portion of stir-fried vegetables on top of the pleasantly pure white rice and eat it up. The rice soaked in the back fat garlic soy sauce sauce is also excellent! The amount of rice is quite large, but you will find that it is gone before you know it.


Although it is a hearty dish, thanks to the generous amount of vegetables, I was able to eat it without a sense of immorality. In other words, this is a healthy bento (even for the soul)! I recommend it for those days when you want something hearty but are worried about the lack of vegetables.
