Chirotein is a high-protein, snack-like Tyrolean chocolate that can be easily consumed. A protein bar chocolate using kinako (soybean flour), a popular Chirotein flavor, has been developed.


Kinako chocolate with whey powder, a protein with high absorption efficiency, is combined with soy puffs. The crunchy texture makes it light on the palate, yet the three-piece bar type makes it a satisfying size.
