from Daisen Dairy Cooperative are used as school lunch in all elementary and junior high schools in Tottori Prefecture, and have been popular as a soul drink in Tottori for over 50 years. Shirobara Coffee" is also called "fantastic coffee" because it is hard to find in some areas.


The original sweetness of raw milk and the natural taste of the ingredients are reproduced in the Tyrol Chocolate. This is an assortment of two simple, yet carefully crafted products.

Shirobara Milk

: Milk-flavored chocolate with freeze-dried powder of Shirobara milk. The mildly sweet milk-flavored chocolate is combined with a crunchy waffle crunch that goes well with the milk-flavored chocolate.

Rose Coffee

Cafe au Lait. The café au lait flavored cream is made from White Rose Coffee itself. You can enjoy the aroma, sweetness and richness of coffee.


The large bag is half the usual size, making it easy to share with a large group of people. The top of the chocolate has the letters "chi," "ro," "le," "chi," "yo," and "ko" (enclosed at random).
