Mermaid Parfait - Hawaiian Blue Flavor

A Hawaiian blue flavor parfait inspired by the beautiful ocean. Granita, sorbet, and jelly are made in a Hawaiian blue flavor base, and can be enjoyed with different textures, such as crunchy and smooth. The top is topped with a shell-shaped monaka skin and white chocolate pearls reminiscent of pearls.
