The soup is a rich miso base made with Hokkaido miso, seven kinds of vegetables, and chicken and pork broth. The secret ingredient is soy bean sauce, which adds a nice kick to the overall flavor. Enjoy this hot miso ramen with a hint of Hokkaido, along with a large slice of chashu pork. The price is 429 yen. No take-out.


Catalana with Hokkaido Melon

Sushiro Café Department has introduced a limited-time melon flavor to its popular Catalana Ice Brulee. To match the rich taste and texture of the Catalana, red melons from Hokkaido with a mellow sweetness and aroma are carefully selected. By using less sugar, the original sweetness of the red melon is preserved. The richness of the smooth catalana, the fragrance of the freshly seared surface, and the mellow melon flavor combine to create a delicious triumvirate of flavors. The price is 220 yen. No takeout.
