7-ELEVEN's "Goya Chanpuru" 200kcal, 6.3g sugar content, slightly bitter bitter bitter melon matched with firm tofu!

7-ELEVEN "Goya Chanpuru

I tried "Goya Chanpuru" from 7-Eleven. It has 200 kcal, 15.5g (0.18oz) protein, 11.6g (0.21oz) fat, 6.3g (0.11oz) sugar, 4.0g (0oz) dietary fiber, 2.2g (0.07oz) salt equivalent, and is priced at 367.20 yen (tax included).

7-ELEVEN Bitter Melon Champuru

According to 7-ELEVEN, this classic Okinawan dish is made with bonito stock and the flavor of vegetables. Tofu, bitter melon, onions, eggs, carrots, and pork are colorfully used in this dish, which is also garnished with fluffy kesoribushi.

When you put it in your mouth, the slight bitterness of the bitter melon, the crunchy texture of the bitter melon, and the firm texture of the tofu combine to create a pleasantly pleasant sensation in your mouth. The flavors of pork, egg, and bonito broth are well blended together, and the dish has a rich and lingering flavor with just the right amount of saltiness, making it a great accompaniment to white rice. It is also a perfect accompaniment to Awamori or Okinawan beer.

The volume is for the first half of one person as a main dish, so it would be good to share with several people. Suitable for dinner or supper on a hot summer day.
