KANSAI SHIUMAI" by Sakiyo-ken

Kansai Shiomai" from Saki Yoken will be sold exclusively at special event stores in the Kansai region, starting with the Hanshin Umeda main store on May 4. The price is 620 yen (tax included).

Saki Yoken Kansai Shiumai

As the "Maneki Shokuhin x Saki Yoken Kansai Shiu Mai Lunchbox" has been sold by Saki Yoken in collaboration with Maneki Shokuhin since 2021 and has been well received, "Kansai Shiu Mai" has been newly prepared only for the Kansai region. The bite-sized appearance of the "old-fashioned shioumai" created in 1928 has been maintained, but the taste is said to be a fusion of the Kansai soup culture of kombu (kelp) and dried bonito flakes.

Maneki Foods and Sakiyo-ken will hold a joint event at the Hanshin Umeda main store from May 4 to 10, where "Kansai shiumai," "old-fashioned shiumai" and "Kansai shiumai bento" will be sold. Visitors will be able to compare the Kanto and Kansai styles of shiumai. Please note that the "shiumai bento" will not be sold at the Hanshin Umeda main store. Also, "Kansai shioumai" will not be sold outside of the event stores in the Kansai area.
