"Rice Boya Soy Sauce Chicken Chimaki in the World" is a popular Chinese rice dumpling for dim sum dishes. The chicken is carefully simmered in large pieces, wrapped in yuba with glutinous rice soaked in umami-rich broth, and steamed. The price is 140 yen.
