Grilled turnip & lemon herb chicken half" and "Oven-baked turnip" using Japanese turnips will also be available in limited quantities from April 14. Excluding morning hours (~10:30am).

Ethnic-style mazesoba with Inaniwa udon noodles

A new dish that combines Akita Mingendo's Inaniwa udon noodles, which have a pleasant texture and strong firmness, with the Thai dish "Gapao". By mixing vegetables and a fried egg, the spiciness of the authentic gapao can be mellowed. The price is 1,099 yen (tax included).

Cut fillet steak & Inaniwa udon set

Inaniwa udon noodles are served with two different dipping sauces: the standard chilly "mentsuyu" and the warm "tomato miso with eggplant and basil". The set includes a cut steak of beef fillet. The price is 1,704 yen.

Grilled turnip & lemon herb chicken half

Seasonal Japanese turnips are the star of this dish. The sweetness of the turnip goes well with the appetizing soy-garlic sauce and the lemon-flavored chicken sautéed with just the right amount of rosemary. Price: 989 yen.

Oven-baked turnip

The freshness and sweetness of the turnips are brought out in this dish by lightly cooking them in oil and then grilling them. The mild buttery flavor and garlic soy sauce are addictive. Price: 499 yen.
