Sushiro's "Golden Week Collaboration Festival" will be held from April 20 (excluding Sushiro To Go).

Golden Week Collaboration Festival

A fair where you can taste the flavors of famous restaurants all at once at Sushiro. Products made in collaboration with four famous restaurants will be available: "Haneda Ichiba," a group of fish professionals; "Nikuyama," a famous meat restaurant; "Hishidaya," a popular set meal restaurant established over 100 years ago; and "Mallorca," a patisserie with a royal warrant from the Spanish Royal Family.

Today's Kaisen-don

A bowl of rice topped with carefully selected ingredients that vary from day to day. The set comes with "marinated tuna" soaked in a special marinade and "egg yolk soy sauce". The dish can be enjoyed as is, then drizzled with the egg yolk soy sauce, or topped with the marinated tuna. Priced at 748 yen (tax included, same as below). Limited quantities per day. The assortment varies from day to day.

Forbidden Meat Burger

A new style of meat burger, in which shari is sandwiched between hamburgers made with a special ratio of lean beef and coarsely ground pork, using an original recipe from "Meat Mountain". The hearty hamburger is topped with a generous amount of special demi-glace sauce, which goes perfectly with the sweetness of the shari. Priced at 330 yen, limited quantities available daily.

Hishidaya x Sushiro

Hishitaya's specialty! Abura Gon Chicken

Deep-fried chicken thighs are combined with a special yuri-gon-chicken sauce supervised by Hishida-ya. The fried chicken is seasoned with a punch of garlic and black pepper, and the sweet and sour yurin-rod chicken sauce is a perfect match. The topping of white onion accents the flavor. Priced at 363 yen, limited quantities available daily.


Mallorca x Sushiro

A reunion of destiny. Passion Basque Cheesecake

The popular "Basque Cheesecake" from "Mallorca" and the hit "Brulee Cheesecake" from the Sushiro Café Department are combined in this product, allowing customers to enjoy two types of cheesecake in one. By searing the surface with granulated sugar just before serving, customers can enjoy the aroma and texture of the brûlée. The price is 308 yen, and the quantity is limited per day. Limited quantities per day; no take-out.
