Butter Butler, a brand of sweets in which butter plays a leading role, will release Butter and Tea Financier and Butler Selection 20-packs on April 1.

Butter and Tea Financier

From the very popular "Butter Financier," which won the overall Grand Prix at the 2017 JR East Souvenir Grand Prix, comes "Butter and Black Tea Financier" with a gorgeous aroma of bergamot. Fermented butter from Europe and Earl Grey tea leaves are kneaded into the dough, baked to a crisp on the outside, and the inside is soaked in maple syrup for a moist finish. The set of four is priced at 972 yen (tax included).

The set includes six "butter financiers," six "butter and tea financiers," and eight "butter galettes." The price is 3,348 yen (tax included).

Starting March 25, those who purchase 3,500 yen or more including tax will receive two of the new "butter and black tea financier". The offer will end as soon as they are gone.
