made with rice "Financier made with rice" is an original product of "HB Style KIYOKEN," Saki Yoken's sweets specialty store in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture. It is gluten-free and free of white sugar.

The special feature is the inclusion of cacao nibs, an ingredient made from cacao beans that have been roasted, finely crushed, and have had the excess skin removed. The cacao nibs contain polyphenols, dietary fiber, and minerals, and the bittersweet taste and crunchy texture can be enjoyed. Four flavors are available: plain, green tea, chocolate, and black tea, and an assortment is also available.

Plain

"Rice Financier Plain" has a flavor of burnt fermented butter. The price is 270 yen per piece.

Matcha

: "Rice Financier Matcha" is made with aromatic Uji matcha green tea. Priced at 270 yen per piece.

Chocolat
