Gatobubu Matcha Financier and Hojicha Financier" are Japanese-style financiers using Gion Tsujiri's signature Uji matcha and hojicha teas. They are made by combining butter and almonds with rice flour and glutinous rice flour. The luxurious packaging has a black base with gold lettering design.
