thinly sliced and dried strips of daikon 20g (0.71oz)
plain yogurt 80g (2.82oz)
cucumber one (object)
Miso and ground sesame 1 tablespoon
sesame oil small quantity

Dried Kiriboshi Daikon with Yogurt and Miso

Ingredients (2 servings)

20 g kiriboshi-daikon (dried daikon radish)
80 g plain yogurt
1 cucumber
1 tablespoon miso paste and ground sesame
A pinch of sesame oil

Put kiriboshi-daikon and yogurt in a storage container and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours.



Cut cucumbers into strips.
