Milk Industry Luxury Fruit Yogurt

Ohayo Milk Industry will release three products in its "Luxury Fruit Yogurt" series that combine milk-rich yogurt with a special fruit sauce: "Luxury Fruit Yogurt Strawberry," "Luxury Fruit Yogurt Blueberry" and "Luxury Fruit Yogurt White Peach. The products will go on sale on April 4, 2010, at a price of 156 yen (tax included).

Fruit Yogurt Yogurt is made with 50% raw milk (raw milk content in the final product is 37% or more) and has a rich milk flavor. The rich taste of the milk enhances the taste of the fruit, making it even more enjoyable. The lineup includes three flavors that go well with milk: strawberry, blueberry, and white peach.

Fruits are easily damaged by heat and other factors during processing, which tends to spoil the flavor. To minimize heat damage, Ohayo Milk Industry has adopted a unique "fruit flavor preservation process".

Luxurious Fruit Yogurt: Strawberry

The textured strawberry pulp is diced at our own factory and combined with smooth yogurt rich in milk. You can enjoy the aromatic flavor and delicious taste of strawberries.

Luxurious Fruit Yogurt Blueberry

Two types of whole blueberry pulp, large and small, are combined with smooth, milk-rich yogurt. You can enjoy the sweet and sour taste of blueberries and the texture of whole berries.

Luxurious Fruit Yogurt White Peach

Juicy white peach pulp is diced at our own factory and combined with smooth, milk-rich yogurt. You can enjoy the soft texture and mellow flavor.
