MUJI "Stewed Lamb in the World

MUJI's retort food "Braised Lamb in the World" is reviewed in person. This retort food is made by stewing lamb, potatoes and onions with tomatoes and aromatic vegetables and red wine.

World Braised Lamb

Lamb, potatoes, and onions are stewed with tomatoes and aromatic vegetables and red wine. Each 160g (5.64oz) packet is priced at 390 yen (tax included).

Since it is a retort, it only needs to be heated to complete cooking. Place the bag in boiling water without opening the seal and heat for 5 to 7 minutes, or place in a deep heatproof container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave in a 500W microwave oven for about 2 minutes.

How does Braised World Braised Lamb taste?

The stew, which is infused with plenty of ingredients, has a rich flavor with the sweetness of tomatoes and the umami of bouillon. It is also flavorful and delicious with aromatic vegetables and red wine.

The lamb is well-cooked and tender. Perhaps because it is lamb and seasoned richly, it does not have the peculiar taste of lamb. It only adds a slight accent of flavor to the overall dish.

MUJI's "World Stewed Lamb Stew" is an easy way to enjoy authentic Western cuisine. It looks good served over rice like curry, with bread, or as a pasta sauce.
