"Kia Ora STEAK & GRILL", which offers dishes using New Zealand ingredients, will open in Caretta Shiodome (Minato-ku, Tokyo) on April 25th.

Kiaora Steak & Grill is a grill dining restaurant that offers a menu that makes use of New Zealand seafood, dairy products, wine, etc., centering on meat dishes using "safe" New Zealand beef, which is the "world's highest level".

Small, low-fat grilled lamb about 6 months old, including ocean beef steak, which is said to be "one of the safest beef in the world" grown without using any growth hormone, antibiotics, or genetically modified feed. There is a wide lineup of dishes using seafood such as aura king salmon and pure oyster.

In addition, about 30 kinds of New Zealand wine, which is said to be highly evaluated these days, are always prepared in the drink menu.

The store is located on the 46th floor of Caretta Shiodome, Dentsu Headquarters Building, 1-8-2 Higashi-Shimbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are from 11:30 to 14:30 for lunch (last order 14:00). Supper is from 17:00 to 23:00 (22:00) from Monday to Saturday, and from 17:00 to 22:30 (21:30) on Sundays and public holidays.
