Kappa Sushi "New Appare Neta for Spring

Kappa Sushi will hold a "Spring New Appare Neta" fair from March 8 to April 10. The items on sale include "Toyama Bay Shiroebi", "Natural Sayori", "Hyogo Prefecture Kamagae Firefly Squid", "Kamagae Sakuraebi Ariake Nori Wrapped", "Hokkaido Cured Ham with White Truffle Oil & Pepper", and "Aomori Prefecture Steamed Scallops Hamayaki-style Nigiri". All items will be closed as soon as they are gone.

New Appare Neta in Spring

At the Spring New Appare Neta Fair, Kappa Sushi will sell "Toyama Bay Shiroebi" (white shrimp), a staple of the Kappa Sushi spring menu; sparklingly beautiful "natural sayori," known as the fish that heralds spring; and "Hyogo Prefecture kama-age firefly squid," with its plump flesh and tasty guts. The lineup is as follows.
