Kappa Sushi will offer a limited-quantity menu of "Honmuna no Kamatoro", "Honmuna no Kamatoro with Wasabi", "Honmuna no Aburi Kamatoro with Wasabi", and "Honmuna no Aburi Kamatoro" starting May 27. Each is priced at 330 yen (tax included).

Kappa Sushi calls it the king of tuna. It is located on the ventral side of the tuna behind the gills, and is characterized by the same fat content and marbled fat. It has a unique texture, and when you bite into it, you can enjoy the sweetness and flavor that spreads slowly.

Kamatoro is covered with hard bones and skin, making it difficult to remove the meat.

The sushi will be defrosted in low-temperature salt water to preserve the flavor, and the thickness of the fish will be cut to balance with the rice. The sale will end as soon as all of the sushi is sold out at each store.
