Kaitenzushi Misaki has a new menu for March. Starting on March 4, the following items will be available: "Sakuratai" (Japanese sea bream), "Sakuratai no Yolk Soy Sauce," "Sakuratai Hokkaburi," "Suruga Bay Raw Cherry Shrimp Gunkan," "Kama-age Shirasu Gunkan," "Shizuoka Single Catch Bonito Tataki," "Spring Chawanmushi" and "Hamaguri no Omakimono (Hamaguri Soup).

Sakura Tai (true sea bream)


The fish is then cut into three pieces and the skin is boiled to enjoy not only the flavor of the meat, but also the flavor of the skin. It is served with salted cherry blossoms to remind you of spring. The price is 308 yen (tax included).
