Material ( For two people )
make three (long cylindrical things)
soy sauce 2 tablespoons
sesame oil 2 teaspoons
green spring onion proper quantity

Sauteed and uncooked eggplant with soy sauce

Ingredients

3 eggplants
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
green onion, to taste

Directions

Wash eggplant and lightly tear the bottom part with chopsticks.


Wrap each eggplant in plastic wrap and microwave at 500W for 5 minutes.


Cut the green onions into round slices with kitchen scissors. You don't have to do this if it's too much trouble.

Remove the eggplant from the microwave and leave it there. After removing from the heat, tear it lengthwise with your hands or chopsticks. You can also remove the stems by pulling them out with your hands, but if they are hard to remove, you can cut them with a knife or kitchen scissors.

Mix eggplant, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onion.
