Ingredients (for 2 people)

1/2 clove of tofu, 1 parsley, 2 tablespoons of mixed nuts
2 teaspoons of olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt

How to make mixed nuts roasted tofu

Finely chop the mixed nuts. Finely chop the parsley. Wrap the tofu in a paper towel and drain it for about 10 minutes.


Put olive oil and tofu in a frying pan, heat it, and fry it with a spatula while breaking the tofu.
