How to make
Put the tofu in a bowl and mash it with a spatula or spoon to make it smooth.
Add eggs and cheese and mix.


Heat the butter in a frying pan and pour the contents of the bowl.

Cover and cook over low heat for about 3 minutes.


If the edge is hard, fold it in half or in three.

Cover again, heat for 1 minute and transfer to a plate.
