Sweet potato 200g (7.05oz)
miso 2 tablespoons
butter 10g (0.35oz)
Coarse black pepper a little

Boiled salmon and sweet potatoes in miso butter

Ingredients (for 2 people)

2 slices of raw salmon 200g (7.05oz) of sweet potato
2 tablespoons of miso
Butter 10g (0.35oz)
Coarse black pepper a little

How to make salmon and sweet potatoes in miso butter

Wash the sweet potatoes well and cut into 1 cm thick pieces with the skin still attached. Cut the thick part into half-moons or ginkgo biloba, and arrange it into bite-sized pieces.


Cut the salmon into 2 to 3 equal parts.

Put 1.5 cups of water and miso in a frying pan and mix over low heat to dissolve.
