Eggplant and bean tomato paste

Ingredients (for 2 people)

2 eggplants 1 tomato 1 garlic 3 pieces mixed beans 50g (1.76oz)
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin powder and salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

How to make eggplant and bean tomato paste

Put olive oil and coarsely chopped garlic in a frying pan and fry.
