Shishito 7-8
Sliced bacon 4 sheets
garlic 1 piece
salt 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
Salad oil 1 tsp

Stir-fried shishito bacon with garlic

material

Shishito 7-8 slices 4 slices of bacon 1 garlic 1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of salad oil

How to make

Finely chop the garlic, cut off the calyx and make a small cut with a kitchen knife. Cut the bacon into small pieces.


Add salad oil to a frying pan heated on medium heat and fry the garlic over low heat. When it smells, add bacon and fry on medium heat.


When the bacon is browned, add shishito pepper and fry until cooked.


Add salt and black pepper to taste, and serve on a plate to complete!
